I really appreciate the professionalism of this company. My call to them was answered promptly and they understood exactly what I needed. I like that they text the day before the appointment and when they are on the way. As soon as he saw the problem in the attic he knew exactly what to do got it fixed expediently. I was extremely happy with Lint Surgeon’s service and price for cleaning out our dryer vent and ducts. They provided a two hour window and actually arrived within that window, which was refreshing. The technician was professional, wore a protective face-mask, and was very friendly. He explained what he was going to do and why, and then quickly got to work. We used to use Stanley Steamer, but since we moved to a more rural area, SS became too expensive and their schedule was unpredictable. I am really glad we found Lint Surgeon because they are a local company and are much cheaper than SS even before we moved. Will be using them annually!

I would highly recommend this company. They responded quickly to my online inquiry and set me up with an appointment very quickly. From contact with the office and their onsite technician everything was handled with precision and care. I was unable to use my dryer before they arrived due to fear of a fire or damaging my new dryer. I can now successfully use my dryer with no worries and can't say enough about the service provided by The Lint Surgeon LLC. If you need your dryer vent cleaned they are definitely the company to call.

Scott and his assistance performed a clean out of my dryer line after which they determined that air was not flowing from the dryer hood on the roof. They placed a camera inside and determined that the dryer line was not connected to the hood thus was venting into the attic.Scott then offered to performed a very difficult task in my attic which has very restricted crawl space to reconnect my dryer vent to the outside hood. While in the attic he was proactive enough to take pictures of dryer vent and hood before and after as well as after hook up. He also documented via pictures 3 1/2 years worth of lint that had been accumulating since my roof had been replaced. Based upon his input I was able to contact the roofer who sent a crew out to remove the accommodated very flammable lint. I would highly recommend Tne LInt Surgeon LLC for line cleaning

First of all, Claudia saved my house. Before meeting with her I had no idea that the dyer vent requires any cleaning. After listening to her and she did a great job educating me about the process and I was convinced that it was necessary. Claudia thank you for saving my house from any fire hazard that may have caused by dryer vent clogged. The job was done correctly and in a timely manner. I got a notice from my HOA that my dryer hose was clogged. I reached out to the Lint Surgeon and they were able to get someone out to me the next day on my schedule, which was very convenient. The employee who came out was very prompt, courteous and did a thorough job of cleaning the dryer and the hose. He was able to clean it enough so I didn't need a replacement. I was very please with the quick response time and turnaround.

I called this company and was able to set up an appointment for the same week. the tech explained everything that he was going to do and left my my laundry room spotless. When I contacted Lint Surgeon regarding a concern I had about my dryer (they had just cleaned my ducts a few months before), they sent someone to me that very day to diagnose the problem. The issue with my dryer turned out to be something I had done incorrectly, but Scott showed me the issue so I wouldn't make the same mistake again and he didn't charge me for the service call. I was very happy with the promptness of service and how he explained to me what to look for and what to do in the future if I encounter the same problem. Definitely will continue using Lint Surgeon for my yearly duct cleaning and if I have any further issues!

Great customer service...thorough cleaning...highly recommend. SHOCKED at the amount of lint pulled out. Some of it was soaked because of the clogs in the venting. Technician took the time to explain why and what happened and put a little sticker on dryer as a reminder for next service time...also let us know they will email or call in a year to remind us. For me, that is a huge plus! Life gets so busy and it's something to easily forget.

Outstanding service! Our new dryer was not drying clothes, and we had never had our vents cleaned. I had no idea what company to use, so we randomly chose The Lint Surgeon. We are glad we did! The service we received was excellent. They were on time and the service was completed very quickly. They took the time to go over everything they did, and even shortened our dryer hose to the correct size. I highly recommend and will be using them again for our annual vent cleanings.

Absolutely outstanding service by Scott! He was on time and had a professional, courteous and pleasant personality. He is smart too, about everything! He not only cleaned the dryer vent without leaving lint from the roof vent scattered all over the grass (like our experience with the very expensive Stanley Steamer vent cleaning), but he switched locations of the washer and dryer for better placement, removed the dryer door to change it to open on the right side instead of the left, cut the way too long silver vent, added better steel ring attachments to it on both ends and sawed to a much shorter length the tube it attaches to on the wall. These guys go above and beyond. This is the fourth time I've hired a service to clean our upstairs dryer vent and by far, this was the most thorough and professional experience. We have a very old house and the location of the units proved challenging. Scott and his wife were amazing and given the time spent and attention to detail, very reasonably priced. We were having terrible issues with the dryer in our new home, to the point we bought a new dryer thinking ours was just not working properly. When the technician came he went on our roof to clear the blockage up at the top of our dryer vent, as well as through the back of our dryer duct to totally clean it out. He vacuumed and scrubbed out so much junk! I could not believe how much lint had built up. My story that I’m leaving as a review. In short, I will recommend them to anyone! About 6 mths ago, I purchased my first brand new washer and dryer set. I was super happy (maybe a little proud- is it because I’m in my 40’s?) and excited to have fresh, clean, crisp, hot and dry clothes and towels. I won’t talk about the horrible front loader I had (and it was second hand). Who doesn’t love a hot towel or blanket straight from the dryer???? The machines themselves are great. Very happy. But I began to notice that the dryer wasn’t drying well. Really from the start, but I think I was in denial because they were new and how could they not be working? So, lately it’s gotten worse. My brand new dryer was having to run twice for hot and dry clothes and towels. I began to notice condensation on the inside of the glass door. If I left laundry in the machine for too long it would feel damp. So for about 2 months I’ve been “thinking” about calling someone to clean my dryer vent. I have a vent that shoots straight out. It doesn’t go up to the roof. It doesn’t even have a curve. It’s a straight 6-8 inches from the back of the dryer to the the outside of the house. I’d noticed for some time that the flaps on the exhaust/vent exit on the exterior of the house weren’t hardly blowing open. So that is why I thought maybe the vent needed cleaning. It couldn’t be the dryer itself. It’s brand new. But I’d checked numerous times and the outside vent was pretty clean. So I kept putting off calling the vent cleaners because I couldn’t rationalize that it was that either. Finally, at a loss and tired of the numerous dry cycles, I had to make the call (I’m certain this was raising my gas and electric bill, too) and maybe it was a fire hazard??? After a bit of research and a couple calls, I called The Lint Surgeon LLC. Claudia answered the phone cheerfully and was super helpful and walked me thoroughly through what would be done for a very reasonable price. When we got off the phone, I had an appt about 1.5 wks out. Then, later that day I got a call that there was a cancellation for the next day. The technician would be here between 430-530p (woohoo!). True to her word, Claudia called when her technician was about 20 mins out. He ended up being 20 mins early. (Yes!). Upon answering the door, Scott introduced himself and got right to it. He reiterated everything he would do and I told him the issue, and that they were new machines. He seemed to know EXACTLY what the issue was before he even looked at it. And he was right. When he looked behind the dryer, there was a ridged metal air vent tube thingy (idk the technical name so I’m going with that) that was about 3 ft long (this is not a fish tale) with a huge metal oddly shaped vent head thing smushed and shoved into an awkward position and there was way to much of it. Let me back up a moment and tell you my laundry area is tiny (see pix). It’s really more of a closet with washer and dryer hookups. It barely fits a washer and dryer side by side and there is just enough room to open the dryer door. AND the day they were installed I wasn’t able to be there so I didn’t see what was done (and never thought to look because why should I? I paid a professional to install it and it should be done correctly, right???). WRONG! Like I said, this metal vent tube thingy was stuffed between the dryer and the wall, about 2 ft too long and smushed. Beyond that it was actually pinched. Pinched to the point that it’s a wonder any air was blowing thru. Scott wasnt surprised and knew exactly how to fix it. He told me what he’d do (and I got to watch and learn, too). He managed to move the washer back a couple inches (giving me more room in the laundry closet) and moved the dryer forward to hop behind it. Once back there, he removed the metal vent tube thingy and showed me that the vent tube leading to the outside of the house was sticking out about 4-5 inches from the wall. He told me that this kept the the dryer from being pushed back closer to the wall (leaving me less room) and was unnecessary. He cut that down to 2 inches, replaced the old ridged metal vent tube thingy that was about 2 ft too long with a more flexible vent tube thingy that is much shorter and has NO PINCH in it and allowed for lots of room for the air to flow freely. Then, he pushed it all back to where it belonged (I now have about 2 extra inches of space - which is a lot in my tiny laundry closet) and went on to check the lint filter area on the inside of the dryer. He used a brush to clean that out and as soon as he turned on the dryer we could hear all this debris go flying out the metal vent tube thingy to the outside. We walked outside and the air flaps to the vent are practically shooting straight out with the force of the hot air from the dryer (see video). I was aghast. Scott promised me my clothes would be hot, crisp and dry at the end of a 35-40 min cycle (he wasn’t wrong). He cleaned up and off he went. This all took 30 minutes? And he left behind a happy customer who will never doubt the reason for having someone clean my dryer vents ever again. I’m ashamed to say in 16 yrs living here I’d never done it. The vent was so short I didn’t think I needed it. And maybe the vent didn’t need it (it didn’t, he told me so) but the dryer wasn’t able to work to it’s best ability because the people who installed it didn’t do a great job and used that ridged metal vent tube thingy that was monstrous, obnoxious, and ultimately keeping my dryer from working. The pinch in the vent is crazy and it’s a wonder my clothes were drying at all. So, this is a long winding way of saying, if you’re in the Tampa area give Claudia and Scott with The Lint Surgeon a call. You won’t be disappointed and your clothes will be hot, crisp and dry lickety-split.”

I really like the way they put a vinyl non permanent label on the inside of your dryer door to show when your next cleaning is due (12 months).
